UK Peps assumes no responsibility for misuse of these products. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges the hazards associated with the handling of these materials and agrees to hold UK Peps harmless.

3. Accuracy of Information

We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that product descriptions or prices are error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors and to cancel orders if price information is incorrect.

4. Payments and Orders

Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us.

5. Shipping and Risk of Loss

UK orders are sent via Royal Mail Tracked Express.

International Orders: Shipped at the buyer’s own risk. We are not responsible for seizures, delays, or rejections by customs outside the UK.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the sensitive nature of research peptides, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. Refund requests for damaged goods must be accompanied by photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery and we reserve the right mark certain requests as fraudulent claims.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UK Peps be liable for any damages arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on this site, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
