Most vials will have the same volume of powder in the vial lyophilized whether it contains 1mg or 100mg. Lyophilized (freeze-fried) peptides are highly concentrated, and at the doses of 1-200mg, they become almost invisible. A bulking agent is added so that the freeze-dried powder can form a stable, visible cake instead of tiny fragile residue. This also helps protect the peptide during freezing, storage & transportation. As a result, regardless of the mg amount of the peptide in the vial, the volume of powder is always very similar since you are seeing the bulking agent added making it this size. This means a 200mg vial has double the concentration of peptide than a 100mg vial for the same powder visible.
